The Drum's Chip Shop Awards 'Vinegar' Winner

One of my very first ads, created in the pandemic in my childhood bedroom having moved back home. MullenLowe shortlisted my repsonse to their competition brief, and The Drum thought it was even better, awarding me Vinegar at The Chip Shop awards.
BRIEF
People are wearing disposable masks that are causing damage to the oceans and marine life. Think of a way to mitigate this.
INSIGHT
We associate Covid with the loss of human life, but we don’t consider it damaging wildlife or our planet.
SOLUTION
Illustrate the fact that disposable masks, while saving human lives, could be a death sentence for marine life.
