One for fans of Mr Bates vs The Post Office. I interviewed four postmasters across the capital to help them share their stories, which was a privilege. I then selected the best moments to craft a narrative that the Post Office leaders couldn't ignore when they saw it at their company conference.

Post Office needs to rebuild trust with their Postmasters and show them that change is coming.

Trust starts with feeling heard.
